• Account Information: When you sign up via email or Google, we collect your email address, display name, and profile photo (if available).
• Device & Access Information: We collect your device type, operating system, browser, and country (via IP geolocation) upon login to improve the Service and for analytics.
• Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, logo generations, shuffles, favorites, and downloads.
• Payment Information: Payment details are processed directly by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the Service.
• To process transactions and send related information (receipts, download links).
• To send transactional emails: verification codes, password resets, welcome messages, and payment confirmations.
• To improve and personalize user experience.
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse via rate limiting.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Firebase (Google Cloud) and Cloudflare services. Generated brand kits and favorites are stored on Cloudflare R2. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Firebase (Google Cloud): Authentication and database.
• Stripe: Payment processing.
• Cloudflare R2: Asset storage and delivery.
• Vercel: Hosting and web analytics.
• Resend: Transactional email delivery.

Each service has its own privacy policy governing the use of your information.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and authentication state. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Vercel Web Analytics collects anonymous, aggregated visitor data without cookies. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies, but some features of the Service may not function properly.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Delete your account and all associated data directly from the account settings page.
• Opt out of promotional communications.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Upon account deletion, all your data — including favorites, download history, stored brand kits, and order records — will be permanently removed. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered address.

Stripe may independently retain payment transaction records in accordance with its own privacy policy and legal obligations. This data is managed by Stripe and is outside the scope of our deletion process.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware of such data, we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service or sending an email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
