1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Logoble (the “Service”), operated by TERAVIS Inc. (“Company”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Logoble is an online brand kit generator that allows users to create logos, favicons, OG images, app icons, email signatures, and other brand assets. The Service provides free logo generation, browsing, and editing, with paid downloads of complete brand kits.

3. User Accounts

Some features require you to create an account using email registration or Google authentication. For email registration, we verify your email address via a 6-digit verification code. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payments and Pricing

• Logo generation, browsing, shuffling, and editing are free of charge.
• Downloading a brand kit requires a one-time payment per kit.
• Multiple pricing tiers are available (Starter, Builder, Studio), each with different download credit allowances.
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change with notice.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are limited. You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that none of the download credits from the order have been used. You can process refunds instantly from the Billing page. Refunds are also available for corrupted files, preview mismatches, or duplicate charges regardless of credit usage. Refunds will not be issued for change of mind after use, software/hardware limitations on your end, or requests made more than 14 days after purchase. For full details, please see our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon successful payment, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the downloaded brand kit for personal and commercial purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the generated assets as standalone design templates or assets.

7. Prohibited Use

• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Service.
• Reselling generated assets as stock logos or design templates.
• Automated or excessive API requests beyond normal usage.
• Impersonating another person or entity.

8. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the account settings page. Upon deletion, all your personal data, favorites, download history, stored brand kits, and order records will be permanently removed immediately. This action cannot be undone. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TERAVIS Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
